Buckle Up!

Welcome to my food blog.  I am a world traveler who spends a lot of time cooking and recreating the great meals I've had abroad, once I return home. At the same time it gets a local twist from the amazing selection of fresh produce I get around here in the sunny Okanagan, British Columbia, where I currently call home.

I have lots to share, from previous experience in the restaurant and foodservice industry, to a lot of trial and error and culinary experimentation at home.  Now I'd like to bring what I've learned over that time, here, to you.  You can bet I'll have a lot of recipes, tips and trick for your own cooking or kitchen projects, and more.
